We opened on Childwall Abbey Road in 2023. Since then May's has become one of Liverpool's favourite Thai restaurants, and it's still the same family and team running it every day, with our head chef in the kitchen.

Our cooking is inspired by the authentic flavours of Thailand, drawing on dishes from all four corners of the country. Everything is freshly prepared with no MSG and no added sugar, just clean, healthy Thai food full of holy basil, lemongrass, galangal, lime leaf and fresh chilli.

People ask us if we really eat this every day. The answer is yes. Our Holy Basil with a crispy egg is so popular round here we've started calling it Thai Scouse.
